Well, I have been on a long hiatus from LJ and I don't really feel like there is a lot of continuity with my old journal, so I figured I would start fresh. In case you are wondering, "Windswept Thumb" and "And the Man in the Mirror Has Sad Eyes" are both lyrics from Marillion's "Misplaced Childhood" which has always been one of my favorite albums. Hang around and you'll get to know more about them later. The one bit of continuity I do want to keep (besides myself, obviously) is my circle of friends. So everyone who was a friend of the old journal and managed to stick with me through the damn-near-eternal hiatus is being invited to this one. There's nothing terribly secret here, but I do want to keep it friends only for the most part just in case. I say some pretty controversial things and you never know who's looking. Anyways, thanks to Amie  (dependonyou ) and Whitney for reinfecting me with the writing bug. More to follow....
